Service Description

- Custom logo design services
- Multiple design concepts based on your package
- High-resolution files in various formats
- Revision rounds as specified in your package
- Full copyright transfer upon completion

Order Process

- Select your design package
- Complete payment through PayPal
- Fill out our design brief template
- Receive initial concepts within 24-48 hours
- Proceed with revision rounds
- Approve final design

Delivery Terms

- Initial concepts: 24-48 hours after brief submission
- Revision delivery: 24 hours per round
- Final files: 24 hours after final approval
- All deliveries via email
- Source files provided upon project completion

Intellectual Property

- Full copyright transfer upon final payment
- All designs are original work
- We retain the right to display final logos in our portfolio
- You warrant that all provided content is owned by you

Payment Terms

- All payments processed through PayPal
- Full payment required before work begins
- Prices displayed in USD including all taxes
- PayPal Purchase Protection coverage
- 180-day dispute resolution window

Revision Policy

- Number of revisions as per selected package
- Additional revisions available for purchase
- Clear feedback required for each revision
- Major design changes may incur additional fees

Refund Policy

- Full refund if no concepts delivered within 72 hours
- Partial refund if project cancelled before final delivery
- No refund after final files delivery
- Refunds processed through PayPal within 5 business days
- Disputes handled through PayPal resolution center
